Hey Naw, written by Carmelita & Wade Clark, is a song written specifically to combat the issue of bullying and harassment.  They wanted to write a song in the genre of rap with  catchy lyrics and a danceable beat to catch the interests of youth ages 5-18.  Hey Naw can be used individually, in a group session or in a classroom to discuss the problem of bullying using the lyrics and beat as a springboard for further discussion.

Students learn cognitive behavioral strategies, relaxation techniques, emotional management techniques and more! Cost: $12.00 each

It contains information on cognitive behavior theory and application as well as helpful suggestions on how to make your anger management group more effective.
